Refund Policy
Each item is handcrafted with utmost care. If the item is defective or the design deviates from the original vision, we will work with you to make adjustments until you are fully happy. Please inform us as soon as you receive it, and we will inspect and fix it as soon as possible.
Jewellery
- Please note all our jewellery items are made-to-order.
- We do not accept return or exchange on jewellery items.
- Please note that once invoiced, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Deposit is non-refundable.
- Any design changes after confirming original concept will be quoted and invoiced in addition to the original quote.
Gem
- Neth Gems & Jewellery will accept gems for refund or exchange (excluding shipping charges and taxes) only from the purchaser identified on the invoice and only if returned in original condition with supporting documents (i.e. gem identification report) within 14 days of delivery and accompanied by the original invoice. You must notify us before returning.
- Please contact us before returning any items for return instructions. Items must be returned using an expedited, insured shipping service such as UPS, DHL, or Fedex. Import taxes imposed by your home country (if applicable) and return postal charges are also non-refundable and must be incurred by the buyer.
- Transactions, including refunds, are handled in the currency in which they were originally invoiced. As a result, the reimbursed amount may vary in your currency due to exchange rate variations at the time of refund, and you have a 14-day period to examine the stone to your personal preference.
